There are rumors that suggest that the new Tom Clancy game ENDWAR, will be coming to handhelds . As posted by CVG: “According to several reports, de Plater confirmed the game will making its way to handheld platforms at GDC. That’s all we’ve got to go on, for the moment as nothing official has come from Ubisoft.” Plus with Ubisoft’s loves to put there games on multiplatforms so this rumor is more than likely.

GDC: PSP GPS soon to come.

Posted in general, PSP with tags , on February 26, 2008 by andy2290

We know GPS is coming to PSP some time this year. Considering the booth was underground, the device apparently had trouble figuring out a precise location. But when this comes out we will have no reason to leave our PSP’s at home, or at least another reason not to.

Hopefully more news coming soon.

IGN: Skype Review

Posted in PSP, Reviews, Updates with tags , , on February 23, 2008 by andy2290

The growing list of things your PSP can do has gotten bigger with their new fuction Skype.
The PSP version of Skype appears to match the PC version in functionality. Users will be able to make and receive free calls between other Skype users. SkypeOut and SkypeIn, offering call service to and from cell phones and land lines, will also be supported, although you’ll have to make sure and have the required Skype Credits for these paid options. Also included with the PSP software are contact management tools and “Skype Presence,” which alerts other users about your online status. You will need to have the Skype service, an internet connections, a Memory Stick Duo and a Microphone device.

And another thing you may need to get if you have the old PSP is a new one. Skype doesnt work on the old PSP’s basically the only downfall for the people with no money in their pockets.
